Q: I purchased tickets through www.trainwreckcomedy.com but have not yet received them in my email. What should I do?
A: Tickets that have been emailed may not go directly into your inbox. Please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us. Thank you!
Q: Is this show suitable for children and teens?
A: Our Stand-up Comedy shows are geared toward a mature audience. This doesn't mean they are extremely crude or rude (we will promote them this way if they are). It just means younger audiences may not understand the topics. We leave the final decision on this up to the parents. You should also check with each venue to see what their specific liquor license will allow.
Q: How long is the average Train Wreck Comedy show?
A: Train Wreck Comedy shows run between 75–90 minutes on average. Some special events may run longer, but you can usually expect them to fall into this time frame.
Q: Can I get a ticket refund if I can no longer attend a show?
A: No. Train Wreck Comedy has a no-refund policy for all of its shows. With that being said, you can get a credit for a future show of equal or lesser value if you contact us before the show you have tickets for takes place.
Q: The merchandise I ordered from www.trainwreckcomedy.com was not to my satisfaction. What should I do?
A: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 25 days of receiving the product. All claims must be submitted for packages lost in transit no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Refunds will not be issued for orders with the wrong size. Please email info@trainwreckcomedy.com to request a refund.
